Job Description
The role of the Alliance/Domain Relationship Senior Manager is to influence sales around Company's domains of assets, including alliances, offerings, and solutions, and to act as the alliance partner advocate, while serving Company's interest.

Location:Beijing

Key responsibilities may include:
• Developing relationships with key client executives and alliance partner’s sales force (if appropriate) to create sales pipeline, manage bidding relationships, generate sales, and resolve business issues;
• Providing advocacy for opportunities/activities from the perspective of the client and alliance partner in the positioning of Company within the client or specific opportunities;
• Leading the sales and client team to position Company properly within the client bidding process;
• Screening leads directly from clients or from alliance partner to ensure proper qualification;
• Participating in deal shaping and leveraging knowledge of Company offerings;
• Communicating with sales and client teams to educate, identify, and pursue opportunities within client environments;
• Leverage alliance to support opportunity development;
• Facilitating the appropriate support of all promotional efforts in client selling or delivery effort;
• Influencing/participating in marketing related activities, including awareness campaigns, conference participation and collateral development to create new mutually beneficial business opportunities for Company;
• Identifying, suggesting, and facilitating approaches to remove barriers to work with clients, alliance partners; resolving and escalating issues as appropriate;
• Ensuring that pipeline and sales performance reporting are accurate and timely;
• Developing/leveraging necessary channels to ensure relevant alliance / domain information, such as solution offerings, benefits, and credentials, is current and available to clients and other key stakeholders;
• Exploring/managing the use of marketing funds of Company or from alliance partners;
• Directing/managing the operational processes for the pipeline and sales management, including issue escalation/resolution and planning/budgeting exercises;
• Identifying and facilitating ways for the third party to invest in the relationship to build capabilities, solutions, and marketing
• Influencing alliance strategy for operating group, operating unit, or domain; establishing near term and annual goals for area of responsibility

Requirements

10+ years business or related work experience; 5+ years selling and/or client account management experience;
• Degree (or equivalent) required
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
JW:
- Prior working experience with banks, insurance, asset management or securities trading companies;
- Ability to develop and manage sales documents (e.g. word, ppt, excel) independently;
