某500强企业（德国）

Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the General Administration staff and work procedures

2. Responsible for office services and related activities (incl. office renovation, decoration and maintenance

3. In charge of branch offices management (Registration & Leasing contracts)

4. Developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment

5. Monthly cost control of UPS/DHL/EMS cost and stationery usage per department

6. Be responsible of monthly expense estimation, budget planning and Dept.monthly report

Requirement:

1. University degree or above

2. Familiar with all functions of administration in company

3. 3-5 years work experience in administration with 2 years'admin management experience

4. Good leadership and people management skills

5. Working experience in JV companies and/or multinational company is a plus

6. Good communications and interpersonal skills

7. good computer skills ( word, excel, powerpoint , etc )
