Very interactive with the management of the ongoing operational activities with the ODM suppliers. Since the labor and manufacturing organizations are run by the ODM suppliers themselves, the person in this role will need to collaborate heavily with the vendors to ensure that their manufacturing and variant management activities are in line with Nokia expectations and requirements. Responsible for strategy implementation with the vendors.
Contributes to defining key operational targets and actions for the suppliers and following up on needed improvements.
Originates actions and manages team to achieve and exceed targets related to manufacturing and variant management.
Strong collaboration on a regular basis with each of the ODM suppliers to support production goals and targetsw.
Ensures that competencies for internal and external resources and team setup is in line with the business needs.

Competencies Requirements
- BS or Master in a technical field preferred
- 8- 15 years of working experience in manufacturing and operations management background. Experience in ODM manufacturing a plus
- Strong knowledge of Demand Supply Network processes. Familiarity with Nokia DSN processes a plus
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite software applications: Excel Word, etc.
