Production Manager
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Beijing or Langfang
Reporting Line: Plant General Manager （German）
Company Profile:
Our client is one of the leading international manufacturers of heating systems and solar products. The group’s turnover is approx. USD 2.5billion and it employs around 10000 staff.
Job Responsibilities
Take full responsible for the smooth and effective production
Prepare annual production planning and budget
In charge of daily production and ensure on-time delivery
In charge of the day to day running of the production department (currently 230 staff, 2 production lines in two shifts)
Improve/upgrade operation system and procedure to attain an efficient and cost effective
Staff managing, training and assessment
Responsible to meet production targets, control production cost, reduce wastage
Job Requirements
Have a bachelor degree
Have profound knowledge and experience in large batch production with international companies, experience with welding or glass production is of advantage
Have a proven track record on workers management and effective production
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, loyalty and reliability, be well organized, be able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines, have previous experience in the military service or other high disciplinary organization would be of advantage
Have a high level of social competence to motivate the team
Be in the preferred age between 30 and 40 and male
Be a native Chinese speaker, English level form 4 minimum
