Project Summary and Position Overview:
•The position will be working in a content search team on a strategic product.
•The work is to develop on the product or product components.
•Be initiative in daily work and propose ideas to improve the development process.
•Be flexible in different development work such as daily build monitoring, agile development.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain requirements or components assigned.
•Coordinate with QA, product team, operation team and support team to ensure the quality of new requirement or changes
•Review business requirements and design specification.
•Conduct unit testing and analyze the test result.
•Provide suggestions for best practices and process improvement.
•Conduct training/consulting for less-experience Dev members and internal customers
Education:
•Bachelor or above
Required Skills:
•More than 2 years working experience in Ab Initio development work
•Solid knowledge on ETL design.
•Basic project management skills and good skills to work with project manager.
•Good prioritization skills to handle in-parallel tasks
•Able to work under pressure
Desired Skills:
•Performance tuning in Ab Initio.
•Fluent English and good communication skills
