Responsibilities:
Supports the sales team with lead qualification, presentations, proposals, sales strategies, and competitive information;
Researches and shapes potential solution opportunities through collaborative discussions with product, EDM Technology and technical leaders. Develops a deep understanding of existing client product or solution engagements and how the proposed solution relates;
Delivers Fair Isaac DM and solution overviews to clients;
Generates ideas to increase opportunity scope;
Conducts short consultancy engagements with clients to assist the sales team in identifying growth opportunities;
Provides continuing education of the sales team for Fair Isaac solutions;
Consult regularly with product management and product development team on client requirements, market and pricing issues, and product enhancements; Work with Product Management to ‘productize’ some portion of custom work that is repeatable and has IP that may be packaged in the form of a product;
Develop deep industry and competitive knowledge in a given business area and disseminates this information throughout the sales team.
Relevant Skills / Experience:
General Capability:
5+ years in consumer credit risk management field from advanced market, either in major banks / financial service companies, or in major consulting firms. More experience a plus;

Fluent Chinese and English

a. Strong hands on AND management experience in consumer credit risk life cycle strategies (origination, account management, collection, fraud): must

c. Retail banking experience (mortgage, personal loans, auto loan) highly desired / strong plus
d. Analytic modeling experience a strong plus
e. IT system (particularly in consumer risk solution domain) experience / knowledge a plus
Analytic expert
f. Strong hands on AND management experience in credit risk modeling (application, behavior, collection modeling): must
g. Credit card experience highly desired
h. Retail banking experience (mortgage, personal loans, auto loan) highly desired / strong plus
i. Consumer credit risk life cycle strategy experience highly desired / strong plus
