there are definitely big differences between boys and men:
boys do not grow into men without being nurture by his love for women/girls. boys turned much matured after their deeply shocked romantic emotions (not necessarily came with marriages)
girls become matured, or somehow more matured, after they loved, not just be loved.
in short, boys and girls, need deep love to become capable of more caring and loving.
now, about materialism, it is not really which group carries more, men or women, it is how do they show where and when and how...
people say the difference between boys and men are the prices and sizes of the toys. and people also talk about women in shopping mode...
there you have it: we are different and yet we are so much the same...
